| Whether you have recently purchased a new system,
had a system installed in the past or just had your system
serviced, we suggest the following: |

Have your system indoor units, such as cooling
coil and blower cleaned annually. A clean system will ensure
top performance, low energy usage, help prevent growth accumulation
of dust, mold, or germs and will provide cleaner indoor air.

| System Check: |
| Have your Air Conditioning, Heating and Ductwork
checked frequently. |
|
Residential Customers: at least twice a year. |
|
Commercial Customers: at least every quarter or as application
demands necessary. |
| This will help you to know in what conditions
the system is and perform remedial services, repair or replacement
at an opportune time to help prevent breakdowns, major repairs,
help lower energy usage, plan ahead. |

| Predictive Service Agreement: |
| Most of us are busy in our daily life and most
often forget to take care of the important items such as our
Air Conditioning and Heating comfort systems. We suggest placing
your comfort system on a Predictive Service Agreement. With
this service Hess Air will schedule in a regular basis to
have your comfort system checked. Hess Air will call you in
advance to schedule your system inspection. |

| Ductwork System Cleaned: |
| We suggest having your ductwork system cleaned
once every 2 or 3 years to help reduce and prevent the accumulation
or growth of dust, mold, germs or other contaminants that
could cause equipment or health problems. Clean system ensures
a clean Indoor Air Environment. |

| Filtration: |
We suggest replacing or cleaning your primary
filter at least once a month. And for Secondary Filter we
suggest replacing or cleaning every 6 months.
Other Suggestion: |
|
Primary Filters: We suggest replacing the primary filters
that normally come with equipment with a 1" Pleated filter
with a minimum 25% to 30% efficiency or a 3-4 merv rating. |
|
Secondary Filter: We suggest adding secondary high efficiency
filter in the 95% to 98% efficiency range ir 8 to 11 merv
rating. These filters are designed to help collect small particles
such as pollen.
We suggest replacing secondary filters every 6 months. Some
manufacturers claim filters will last up to 1 year, but that
will depend on indoor contaminants. |

Electronic Air Cleaners may be used as secondary filters
but on Hess Air's opinion they are best suited as three tier
filtration system. They are best and most efficient at collecting
non visible contaminants such as germs, bacteria, and smoke.
We suggest checking the electronic cells once every 3 months,
Hess Air can provide this service to customers who do not
have time to attend to. |
| Note: Best Filtration Systems is a combination
of filters such as: Primary Filter 1" Pleated with a
3-4 Merv, 2nd tier high efficiency mechanic with an 8-11 merv
3rd tier Electronic Air Cleaner. |
| Note: On any changes to the Filtration Systems,
it is important that the Filter Combination does not add static
pressure that will cause system to fall below designed air
flow and volume |

| Fresh air from outside. |
Hess Air suggests the addition of Outdoor Air
in to the building, best know as fresh air. The induction
of outdoor ensures that the contaminated indoor air is flushed
out on a regular basis from the indoor of the building, hence
improving the indoor air quality. However the induction of
outdoor air is best when is first cleaned (filtered), 2nd
de-humidified and 3rd the amount of Air is controlled.
Hess Air can design a Fresh Air system for your building or
home that can provide proper amount of fresh, clean and de-humidified
air. |

| Leaky ducts, leaky equipment or home can cause
what is called infiltration. |
| Infiltration causes unconditioned outside air
leak in to the house through contaminated areas such as attics,
walls, crawl space causing health problems. |

of conditioned air to the outside or the introduction of unconditioned
air contaminants in to the home. |
