TECHNICAL

The core of our staff consists of: HVAC Technicians, Installation Specialists, and Service Specialists. These positions require the ability to work nights and weekends. At Hess Air, your income is based on your own performance. Our personnel’s income averages more than those getting paid by the hour elsewhere. Hess Air provides in-house training for Installation and Service specialists. HVAC Technician positions require previous training and/or work experience.

COMFORT ADVISORS

Comfort Advisors (Sales) are key to the Hess Air team. We provide qualified leads, and no overnight travel is necessary. Sales experience is a must. However, if you don’t have experience and are willing to pay for your own Hess Air approved training, you could be generating income within 6 to 10 weeks in this dynamic career. Our Sales personnel usually earn from the low $30s to the high $80s, with the opportunity to earn greater income for those who “go for the gold.”

ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPER, OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS,AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES (CSR)

We seek individuals who are team players with positive attitudes, who are drug free, dependable, and customer focused with great communication skills. CSR’s are required to work weekends. Experience is required.

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW CAREER AND WILLING TO INVEST IN YOURSELF?

For people without training or work experience who want to enter the HVAC fields of Technician or Sales, a Hess Air approved training program is available for those willing to invest in themselves. Depending upon the program selected, the applicant’s investment may range from $1,800 to $2,500. Motivated people who acquire this training can be working in a new marketable career, generating income within 6 to 10 weeks. Many find that they recoup their investment in as little as three months on the job.
