Duct Cleaning

Duct cleaning provides removal of dust and allergens from within your duct system. It is recommended to have your ducts cleaned every 1-3 years. This service provides immediate but temporary relief of dust and allergens.

Foster 40/20

Foster 40/20 is a protective fungicidal coating that can be applied to your duct system after a duct cleaning has been performed. It is specifically formulated for long-term fungicidal protection with no loss of effectiveness. Foster 40/20 prevents the spread of molds and odor causing bacteria on the its surface.

Maxi Filtration System

Maxi filtration systems provide whole house filtration and remove circulated dust and other particles ranging in size down to 1 micron. Maxi filtration filters are easy to install and effective.

UltraMax EZ UV Lamp

The UV Photomax provides whole house advanced oxidation and air purification. A titanium dioxide coating attracts and oxidizes complex organic molecules which in turn destroys odors and allergens and the dual spectrum UV light kills germs with no added fragrances or by-products.

Pure Air

The Lennox Pure Air is a 5 star filtration system that attacks all three classes of indoor air contaminants, particles, and bio aerosols. The Pure Air removes over 95% of particles down to 0.3 microns and removes and destroys household odors, chemicals vapors. The Pure Air also removes over 90% of bio-aerosols and microorganisms down to .01 microns.

Trane Clean Effects

The Trane Clean Effects is a 5 star filtration system that removes up to 99.98% of air borne particles. The Clean Effects catches particles that pass through regular filters by charging the particles with and ion charge as they pass through the corona charger and collecting them in the collection cells that are specifically designed grab the ionized particles. This makes it up to 8 times more efficient than the hospital grade HEPA filters.

Ventilation: Ultra Air

Ventilation is the “V” in HVAC and is the process of replacing the air in any space to provide high indoor air quality. Ventilation is used to remove unpleasant smells, excessive moisture, and introduce outside air to keep the air in the home circulating and prevent stagnation of the interior air. A whole house ventilation and dehumidification system utilizes refrigeration to cool the incoming air and stream it below its dew point. This cooled and drier air is used to pre-cool the incoming fresh air stream and keep your home comfortable while diluting pollutants and maintaining high oxygen levels in your home.
